If this constitutional amendment passes, Democrats will steal the votes of 1,000,000 conservative voters. One million stolen votes
Democrats will change Virginia Congressional Districts from
6 DEM / 5 REP to 10 DEM / 1 REP
and they call that "restoring fairness"
